Paul’s background is steeped in strategic engagement and crowdsourcing, working at senior levels with esteemed organisations like the International Red Cross and the United Nations.

Paul’s experience is grounded in tapping into the unique contextual knowledge and experience of grassroots communities, be they young offenders in inner city neighbourhoods; disenfranchised residents of the world’s largest slum; populations uprooted by conflict and disaster; or capturing marginalised youth voices to shape UN resolutions.

Paul’s expertise in digital engagement, community building and leveraging tech for social impact is now being brought to tackle knowledge capture and diffusion in an employee-centric way for how we work today.
